    Mr. Lalit Bhasin

    Mr. Lalit Bhasin, Chairman of the Board is a first class commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. He is an expert on Investments and Capital Markets by virtue of his nearly 2 decades of association with the Securities Market.

    He is also a member of Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.

    Mr. Anil Goyal

    Mr. Goyal, Managing Director is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He brings with him more than 2 decades of expertise in the fields of finance, taxation, investments banking corporate restructuring and strategic planning.

    Mr. Goyal is also a member of the Stakeholder’s Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors.

    Mr. Ashish Kapur

    Mr. Kapur is a Commerce Graduate from Panjab University. He has also done Master in Business Administration with major in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
     
    He has got more than two decades of rich working experience in Finance, Investments and Capital Markets. He started his career in 1993 with Jardine Fleming India as AVP Capital Markets. He is on the Board of Directors of few other Companies.

    Mrs. Asha Mehra

    Mrs. Asha Mehra is a post graduate from Bombay University and Qualified IAS.

    She has held various prestigious positions with Government of India like Assistant/ Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Deputy Director, Income Tax, Commissioner of Income Tax, New Delhi, Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Rajasthan, Member, Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) etc.

    She has also worked as Member and Chairperson of Income Tax Settlement Commission, Principal Bench, New Delhi. She is the Chairperson of Audit Committee and also a Member of Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.

    Mrs. Urvija Shah

    Mrs. Urvija Shah is a qualified law graduate and post graduate in commerce and had done Diploma in Banking, Taxation and Labour Laws.
     
    She is an astute professional with excellent presentation, interpersonal & communications skills. She brings with her significant, diversified and multi-industry experience of more than 16 years in the domain of Corporate Laws, Securities Laws and legal issues.

    Mr. Yash Kumar Sehgal

    Mr. Yash Kumar Sehgal is a qualified graduate B.A. (Hons) English and is a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers, London.
     
    He has vast experience in the field of finance and held various positions at Commercial Bank of Kuwait for more than two decades. He had also served as Acting Director, Administration & Finance, College of Banking & Finance, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman and reported directly to the Governor of Central Bank of Oman. He has good expertise in framing policies and procedure for various services.
